Koon Wah Leung is the Senior Director of Operations for Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec (CBOQ). She helps guide key areas like Finance, Communications, Human Resources, and strategic planning. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate leadership, spanning brand management, health innovation, and business development, Koon brings a unique blend of expertise to her role. A licensed pharmacist, she has served on formulary review committees and taken part in product listing negotiations. Outside of work, Koon and her husband Clement, who leads Jane and Finch Ministries at Youth Unlimited, love traveling, trying new foods, and hiking with their two sons.
