Jeff MacArthur is a finance and property development expert who earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Acadia University. With 15 years of experience in small businesses within the property sector, he founded his own venture before becoming the CEO of the Atlantic Baptist Foundation (ABF), a non-profit organization that provides lending solutions to the Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada (CBAC) churches and agencies for capital needs, in 2017. Under his leadership, ABF has undergone significant transformation, including rebranding, strategic IT investments, the expansion of the board members' breadth of experience, mission clarification, and a continuing comprehensive review of existing policies. Outside work, Jeff enjoys family time with his wife and three inspiring and very active teenage children. Jeff is also actively involved in his church's music program and men’s ministry.
